Chelsea left-back Robert Kenedy could be set to leave the London club this summer, having played just 34 minutes of Premier League football this season. The Brazilian spent the first half of the season on loan at Watford, before being recalled by the Blues.
Kenedy found minutes very difficult to come by on loan having failed to impress the Watford coaching staff. Kenedy returned to West London in January and looked set to be loaned out to another club.
However, Chelsea chose to keep him despite offers from Europe, Brazil and China. The Blues did not play in European competition this season, so manager Antonio Conte has not been forced to rotate his options, limiting Kenedy’s opportunities.
The 21-year old ex-Fluminense wide man has a contract until 2020 with Chelsea, but will consider a move in the summer in search of more regular football. The fine form of Marcos Alonso has seen the young Brazilian underused this year.
